摘要: We have evaluated the phenotypic features of peripheral blood leukocytes as putative novel biomarkers with prognostic values to monitor canine mammary carci- nomas. Female dogs were categorized into distinct groups, referred carcinoma in benign mixed tumor- MC-BMT and carcinoma-MC. Our findings demonstrate that decreased percentage B-cells along increased frequency NK-cells, CD8 ? T-cells, CD5 Low? T-cells beside higher T/B-cells lower CD4 /CD8 ratio hallmarks MC-BMT. Despite expression MHCI MHCII, lymphocytes from MC displayed migration potential suggested by enhanced CD18 events. Although levels macrophage-
