[Eosinophils in stool smear in normal and milk-allergic infants].

摘要: Stool smears of newborn infants were investigated sequentially from birth through 6 months life in order to study relation between appearance eosinophils stool and feeding babies. In babies born non-atopic parents, appeared smear soon after start feeding, but disappeared a short time. Eosinophils found irrespective types i.e., breast powdered milk or amino acid formula. There was tendency sustained presence severe atopic parents. These results suggest that does not necessarily mean allergic reaction ingested foods need attention diagnosing allergy. Mechanisms function normal may differ those pathological situations further detailed investigation.
