摘要: The three-dimensional branched architecture of a dendrimer consists three topologically distinct regions: multivalent surface, branching repeat and encapsulated core. This paper discusses the use dendritic architectures for supramolecular chemistry and, in particular, focuses on unique ability shell to affect molecular recognition processes these regions. nature fractal surface allows multiple guests with maximum efficiency accessibility. Such has been used both enhance binding strengths weak processes, also endow receptor much improved guest sensing properties.
