摘要: Abstract In tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, the combination of biomaterials, cells, bioactive molecules is key to promote regeneration or even create therapeutic systems. The use natural biomacromolecules in processing membranes has been extensively applied association with traditional techniques. resulting structures present multiple mechanical biological features that allow their application as wound dressings for skin regeneration, drug delivery systems, bone supports. This chapter provides an up-to-date review most promising biopolymers processed membranes, focusing on polysaccharides, proteins combinations, strategies processing, applications tissue-engineering field.
