摘要: The antiproliferative effect of the naturally occurring polyphenol chlorogenic acid (CGA) was evaluated in combination with either cisplatin or oxaliplatin human cervical carcinoma cell lines that were sensitive (A431) resistant to (A431Pt), order provide evidence overcome drug resistance. Cytotoxicity platinating drugs (IC50 - 10(-6) 10(-5) M) enhanced by 1-2 orders magnitude increasing incubation times (1, 4, and 24 hours) two lines. CGA treatment presented low cytotoxicity per se ~ 10(-4) M at h) if compared platinum its activity similar A431Pt cells their A431 counterpart. (10(-6) indicated variable effects on cytotoxicity, ranging from potentiation various degrees antagonism (in cells) no cells). In explain different cytotoxic elicited association CGA, possible presence chemical interactions investigated HPLC analysis. caused evident changes chromatographic profile, suggesting occurrence vitro interactions.
