摘要: Abstract The composition and temperature dependences of optical phonon modes Ba2NaNb5 (1−x) Ta5xO15 were studied by the Raman spectroscopy. ferroelectric phase transitions investigated A1(z) mode at about 278. ferroelastic B2(y) 32cm−1. As for variation room transition occurs between x=0.6 0.7, x=0.9. these temperatures also studied.
