摘要: The characterization of three commercial powders niobium(V) oxide received from two producers was made. thermal behavior Nb2O5 up to melting point and its microstructure were studied using X-ray powder diffraction, thermoanalytical methods (DSC/TG), infrared spectroscopy (IR) scanning microscopy. Analysis the obtained results revealed that starting structure depend on origin niobia. Depending treatment, polymorphs can be observed. Sintering above 1200 °C in formation single phase, H-Nb2O5.
