摘要: ABSTRACT Sr2-xBaxBi4Ti5O18 (SBBTi-x,x = 0∼2.0) ceramic samples were prepared by using the standard solid-state reaction method and their crystal structure, ferroelectric dielectric properties examined. The results show that lattice constants increase with barium content. remnant polarization (2P r ) coercive field (Ec) decrease Ba-doping. As x 0, they 17.3 μ C/cm2 54 kV/cm, in case of 2.00, are 0.3 1.8 respectively. Ba content increases, Curie temperature (T c) SBBTi-x decreases from 285°C to a minimum value 150°C at 0.75, then increases reaches 300°C 2.00. < incorporation brings about pronounced relaxor behavior.
