摘要: This chapter focuses on various aspects of AIDS behavioral prevention strategy. The presents a theoretical framework for HIV/sexually transmitted disease (STD)-behavioral-prevention research using several constructs that are necessary and sufficient bringing the behavior change. lifespan model health promotion prevention. Interventions at multiple levels to mount an social movement—such as individual, couple, family, community, societal levels. In addition identifying most effective level which introduce program, developmental gender target population must be considered. Behavioral HIV/STD-prevention has improved methodology design health-prevention programs had broad impact promotion/disease research. specific strengths HIV/STD approach (1) utilization phases (Phases I–IV) multiple-level causal model, (2) early detection disease, (3) theory-based programs, (4) emphasis Phase IV (technology transfer) studies, (5) cost-effective studies evidence-based interventions.
