摘要: Acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis (ND) consists of the abrupt onset red, tender, cutaneous plaques on face, extremities, and upper trunk, accompanied by fever, malaise, leukocytosis. Histologically, there are distinctive, dense, dermal infiltrates neutrophils. Response to systemic steroids is dramatic. This report describes four patients with leukemia or preleukemia ND (LND), reviews reports 12 similar patients, compares LND in otherwise healthy individuals (idiopathic ND, IND). Although lesions more frequently had vesiculobullous appearances location mucous membranes, this study showed no consistent difference between IND regard signs, symptoms, histologic findings, response therapy. The first episode either preceded followed documentation myeloproliferative disorder, most common associated hematologic conditions were acute myeloid myelomonocytic leukemia.
