摘要: Titanium (Ti) has been used for many biomedical applications. Surface characteristics of titanium devices are critical to their success. In this study, Raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron (XPS) were analyse Ti surfaces prior immersion in alpha-modification Eagle's medium (α-MEM). The ionic constituents deposited onto after vitro exposure α-MEM investigated using XPS Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). studies revealed an amorphous oxide layer on the surface, with a chemistry similar TiO2. However, physiologic solution 12 days, dynamic changes surface observed. Ions such as phosphorus (P) calcium (Ca) increasingly fine crystalline calcium-phosphate (Ca−P) compounds, having Ca/P ratio 1.2 brushite.
