摘要: The extent to which those creating new firms have unique individual features or personal profiles has been a major focus of studying the entrepreneurial process. Scholarly writing on factors includes everything from journal special issues focusing cognition (Mitchell et al., 2002) entire books Psychology Entrepreneurship (Baum, Frese, & Baron, 2006).Measures differences an important component interview schedules used in PSED research program. For example, Handbook Entrepreneurial Dynamics, describing background modules included I interview, contains 38 chapters and 3 appendices (Gartner, Shaver, Carter, Reynolds, 2004). Of these chapters, 11 deal specifically with characteristics arguably another 7 experienced by, beliefs held entrepreneurs. This chapter provides review four difference measures II: intensity, social skills, expectancy, career reasons. We begin by noting data between II that apply all sections follow.
