Stress, Burnout, and Coping Strategies of Frontline Nurses During the COVID-19 Epidemic in Wuhan and Shanghai, China.

摘要: Background: Nurses at the frontline of caring for COVID-19 patients might experience mental health challenges and supportive coping strategies are needed to reduce their stress burnout. The aim this study was identify stressors burnout among nurses in Wuhan Shanghai explore perceived effective morale support strategies. Method: A cross-sectional survey conducted March 2020 110 from Zhongshan Hospital, Shanghai, who were deployed units Shanghai. questionnaire adapted previous developed "psychological impacts SARS" included (31 items), (17 measures (16 items). Burnout measured with Maslach Inventory. Results: Totally, 107 (97%) responded. Participants mean age 30.28 years 90.7% females. Homesickness most frequently reported as a stressor (96.3%).
