摘要: The diversity of centrohelids in inland saline waters was studied with metabarcoding for the first time. fragment V6-V7 regions 18S rDNA sequenced newly designed primers. Obtained OTUs were identified molecular phylogenetic analysis and comparison signatures 39es9 hairpin V7. obtained data included some OTUs, which could be attributed to four described species, but majority belonged previously established or novel environmental clades. Along presumably marine/brackish clades freshwater/low salinity (0-2 ppt) clades, seven presumable species demonstrating broad (from 1-2 up 78 tolerance detected. A number Raphidocystis contractilis, is known from three independent findings brackish habitats only. Thus, it assumed that this stenohaline specifically adapted 5-15 ppt. high level suggested before based on morphology, used justify their cosmopolitan distribution. Later these views criticized sequencing, results current survey indicate, at least are present salinities almost freshwater (1-2 twice oceanic (78 capable overcoming barriers
