摘要: Africa is the world’s second largest and most populous continent with about one billion people. Mobile phones are a major source of communication means taking information technology to rural remote areas continent. With low-cost readily available mobile phones, underprivileged, low-income earners dwellers can also participate in Information Communication Technology (ICT) revolution. Services introduced by operators vendors enhance optimize this evolution. One such service location-based services (LBS); LBS make personalized based on geographical location subscriber’s phone. will be great technological advantage optimizing operators’ networks bringing closer This paper offers some suggestions effective deployment adoption case studies from developed developing countries.
