摘要: Ecdysteroidogenesis in crustacean Y-organs is negatively regulated by the so-called molt-inhibiting hormone (MIH), which thought to inhibit ecdysteroid pathway either directly through phosphorylation of key enzyme(s) and/or action on synthesis these enzymes. In present study role cyclic nucleotides mode MIH astacuran Orconectes limosus was investigated. were incubated vitro with sinus gland conditioned medium (SGCM) and AMP (cAMP) GMP (cGMP) levels measured. A striking increase cGMP values (4 43 pmoles/mg protein) observed after 2 hours, whereas cAMP unchanged. Using established bioassay for measurement inhibitory release from (Soumoff O'Connor, '82) potential dBcAMP, dBcGMP, forskolin, IBMX diminish this demonstrated, suggesting a possible both MIH.
