摘要: Objectives: The objective of this work is to present the software tool ANTONIA, which has been developed facilitate a quantitative analysis perfusion-weighted MRI (PWI) datasets in general as well subsequent multi-parametric additional for specific purpose acute ischemic stroke patient dataset evaluation. Methods: Three different methods DSC or DCE PWI are currently implemented can be case-specifically selected based on study protocol. These comprise curve fitting method deconvolution-based and deconvolution-free integrating previously defined arterial input function. perfusion extended by that enable an automatic atlas-based selection function, perfusion-diffusion DWI-FLAIR mismatch segmentation-based volumetric analyses. Results: For reliability evaluation, described was used two observers 15 from patients extract lesion core volume, FLAIR ratio, volume with manually automatically functions, follow-up volume. results evaluation revealed leads highly reproducible all parameters if function used. Conclusion: Due broad processing available tool, ANTONIA especially helpful support image-based research projects. Correspondence to:
