摘要: A method for solving structural design problems that allows a continuous distribution of material along elements is presented. The an extension the generalized steepest descent presented in Reference 1. Inequality constraints on variables, displacement, natural frequency, and buckling are explicitly treated minimum weight cost function employed. boundary-value state equations developed computational algorithm given. Several example solved compared with results obtained by discretization techniques.
