摘要: Abstract The electrolysis of ammonia (NH3) was studied as a remediation process for the removal from wastewater, with advantage producing hydrogen while returning clean water to environment. An electro-catalyst able support electro-oxidation at low concentrations designed. Two substrates were tested, Raney nickel and carbon fiber. Carbon fiber found be better substrate concentrations. performance noble metals such Rh, Pt Ir, electroplated on also evaluated. Rh–Pt–Ir Pt–Ir most promising electrodes maximum conversion 91.49 ± 0.01% typical concentration in sewage Faradaic efficiency 91.81 ± 0.13% selected anode.
