摘要: A system, method, or device determines whether noise is present on a sampled and/or digitized sensed intrinsic cardiac signal based moving count of turning/inflection points the signal. If detected, manner in which acquired, operates response to acquired (or both) altered reduce risk erroneously detecting as heart depolarization and, therefore, inappropriately triggering withholding therapy.
