摘要: A laser designator pulse detector includes an InGaAs photodetector configured to convert signals into electrical signals. Read Out Integrated Circuit (ROIC) is operatively connected the condition from photodetector. The ROIC can be a peripheral device including one or more modules process and provide detection, decoding, tracking.
