摘要: We consider a quantum Hall system with an antidot acting as energy dependent scatterer. In the purely charge case, we find deviations from Wiedemann-Franz law that take place in nonlinear regime of transport. also discuss Peltier effects beyond linear response and describe both using magnetic-field asymmetric transport coefficients. For spin case such arising along helical edge states two-dimensional topological insulator, investigate generation currents result applied voltage temperature differences samples attached to ferromagnetic leads. parallel configuration current can be tuned leads' polarization even contrast, for antiparallel magnetizations has strict dependence on fields.
