摘要: Obesity in pregnancy is a risk factor for complications both the mother and of fetus. Adipose tissue hormones (leptin, adiponectin, resistin) are secreted by human placenta regulate function trophoblast.The review presents data from literature on role adipocytokines development gestational diabetes preeclampsia obesity women. The article considers criteria algorithms diagnosis recommended World Health Organization International Association research groups pregnancy.
