摘要: Loess–mudstone/soil-rock interfacial landslide is one of the prominent hazards that occurs in soil rock contacting zones. It necessary to develop sensors with high sensitivity weak and low frequency vibrations for early warning such landslides. In this paper, a novel monitoring sensor prototype enhanced adaptive developed purpose. The novelty sensitive based on variable capacitances negative stiffness mechanism due electric filed forces vibrating plate. Owing feedback control adjustable electrostatic field by an embedded micro controller, has amplification characteristics input input. design manufacture proposed Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) proper packaging are introduced. Post-signal processing also presented. Some preliminary testing experimental sand slide which mimics soil–rock were performed demonstrate performance sensitivity.
