摘要: Wavelengths of 233 lines in the Ar I spectrum and 354 II spectrum, excited a water-cooled hollow cathode at pressure 0.2 torr, have been measured by means Fabry-Perot interferometer vacuum. Fourteen different etalon spacers between 5 70 mm length, two pairs plates three coatings used during investigation. Reference obtained from calibrated electrodeless lamp containing Kr86 torr. By wavelengths values 80 energy levels 153 derived, uncertainty relative varying few tenthousandths to thousandths cm-1. For both spectra these level then obtain calculated wavelengths, extending down 1 557 A case II.
