摘要: Pneumonia caused by the bacterial pathogens discussed in this article is most significant cause of morbidity and mortality BRDC. Most these infectious bacteria are not capable inducing disease without presence other predisposing environmental factors, physiologic stressors, or concurrent infections. Mannheimia haemolytica common serious agents therefore also highly characterized. There important BRD, such as Pasteurella multocida, Histophulus somni, Mycoplasma bovis. Mixed infections with organisms do occur. These have unique virulence factors but resulting pneumonic lesions may be similar. Although amount quality research associated BRD has increased, vaccination therapeutic practices fully successful. A greater understanding mechanisms infecting pathogenesis pneumonia, well characteristics that allow tissue persistence, lead to improved management, therapeutics, vaccines.
