摘要: Abstract In tobacco control the focus has, for some time, been on abstinence from all types of use as only solution to problem smoking, and harm reduction approaches are controversial. The most recent English strategy has incorporated in form new �routes� quitting smoking that encourage those who cannot quit safer sources nicotine.
