摘要: Cardiac tissue engineering constructs are a promising therapeutic treatment for myocardial infarction, which is one of the leading causes death. In order to further advance development and regeneration engineered cardiac tissues using biomaterial platforms, it important have complete overview effects that substrates on cardiomyocyte (CM) morphology function. This article summarizes recent studies investigate effect mechanical cues CM differentiation, maturation, growth. these studies, CMs derived from embryos, neonates, mesenchymal stem cells were seeded different various elastic modulus.
