摘要: A sample of 174 men aged 18–22 years were divided into thirds based on self-reported levels weekly aerobic exercise. Heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, pre-ejection period responses these low, moderate, high exercise groups compared during a pretask rest later acclimated rest, bicycle task, purported shock-avoidance reaction time the cold pressor test. The low subjects showed higher heart rates marginally pressures than at rest. also greater myocardial to mild task subjects, as reflected by group differences in pre ejection measures after covariance adjustment for baseline differences. Group observed response test smaller generally nonsignificant. These results interpreted evidence that training may decrease beta-adrenergic physical behavioral challenges.
