摘要: More than three decades ago, the report A New Perspective on Health of Canadians (1974) highlighted significance other determinants healthcare system. The adoption healthy public policy was identified in Ottawa Charter (1986) as one five strategies aiming to promote health. It must now be acknowledged that even if we have a better understanding health determinants, latter are not necessarily taken into consideration when developing policies. purpose this paper is help foster policies by presenting conceptual framework inspired Advocacy Coalition Framework developed Sabatier and Jenkins-Smith (1999).
