摘要: A new superconducting phase was found in the samples with nominal compositions of AlSr2(Y1−xCax)Cu2O7(xz0.2) prepared at high-pressure 5 GPa. This belongs to a homologous series AlSr2Can−1CunO2n+3 (A1-12(n−1)n) recently discovered by our group. The highest Tc 89 K, though volume fraction still small, 5.8% K for sample x=0.8. HRTEM observation revealed that Al-1223 type structural exists sample.
