摘要: The scattering of elastic waves in a half-space containing striplike crack is investigated. As special case it seems that the may be surface breaking. A integral equation with Green tensor employed. key point method expansion Fourier representations free part expanded coordinate system and system. discretized by expanding opening displacement terms Chebyshew functions having correct square root behavior along edges. incident field emitted from an ultrasonic probe recent model for this signal response another (or same) modeled reciprocity argument stationary phase approximation employed to simplify final answer, which thus only valid far probes (yielding essentially spherical wave). Numerical results are given compared both other methods available experiments.
