摘要: Abstract Intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) is the most fatal form of brain injury, yet a therapy directed at ameliorating intraventricular clot very limited. There accumulating evidence that an augmentation meningeal lymphatic (MLVs) functions might be promising therapeutic target for IVH. In particular, photostimulation (PS) MLVs could non-invasive IVH via PS clearance red blood cells (RBCs) from MLVs. Indeed, we uncover has effects on in mice reducing mortality, improving emotional status, accelerating RBCs evacuation ventricles and increasing ICP recovery. Our findings strongly suggest PS-mediated stimulation drainage clearing can novel bedside, readily applicable commercially viable technologies treatment These pilot results open new horizons regenerative mechanisms.
