摘要: ABSTRACTRecent integration discourses in Europe locate problems of equality, gender, and sexuality among migrant youth. Educating testing the values future citizens is supposed to guarantee their conformity with ‘western’ ‘modern’ values. By analyzing educational reform multicultural Luxembourg, paper aims challenge these contemporary narratives two ways: (1) In a historical analysis, traces conservative resistance case sex education which often overlooked due focus on migrants; (2) placing education’s legitimation within (a) broader inequality citizenship (b) narrations reforms taboos, reconstructs how liberals conservatives join an alliance over ‘the Other’.
