摘要: The recent 2014 floods in Serbia highlighted the potential extent of climate-related risks region, resulting more than 30 deaths and 30,000 displaced people, with overall cost damage close to €1.5 billion. By end this century, will experience an increase temperature up 4°C a decrease summer precipitation 50%.
