摘要: Abstract: This chapter mainly discusses the growth of REBCO high-temperature superconducting thick films by liquid phase epitaxy, including physical and chemical reaction among substrate/seed-film/liquid epitaxy film, oriented film control, fundamental study on mechanism, equilibria epitaxial stabilization.
