摘要: Localization of Hg in root tissues vetiver grass (Chrysopogon zizanioides) was investigated by micro-Proton Induced X-ray Emission (PIXE) spectrometry to gain a better understanding uptake and its translocation the aerial plant parts. Tillers C. zizanioides were grown hydroponic culture for 3 weeks under controlled conditions then exposed 10 days with or without addition chelators (NH4)2S2O3 KI.
