摘要: This paper reviews the recent progress of application interactions between optical near-fields and nanoscale materials. Photochemical vapor deposition nanometeric Zn Al are realized by using a UV near-field. Deposition ZnO is also shown. Utilizing very advanced potential this technology, concept nano-photonic IC proposed. The switching operation single InGaAs quantum dot shown to be able used for devices. Nano-photonic utilizing near-field interaction proposed related spectroscopy CuCl dots demonstrated. High-density storage read-out Atom manipulation reviewed briefly.
