摘要: Abstract Proper window selection for FT-ICR spectroscopy should consider both the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of and trade-off between peak width skirt reduction. The dynamic range a spectrum can be defined as highest to lowest interest. any lineshape inverse intensity, 3–6 units discrete channel spacing away from maximum. With these definitions ranges lineshape, criterion an appropriate is just exceed spectrum. For degree time-domain damping Hamming window, 3-term Blackman—Harris Kaiser—Bessel are suitable spectra whose 50:1, 1000:1, 10 000:1, respectively. Since current spectrometers have SNR few hundred under typical experimental conditions, use standard window.
