摘要: The effects of various storage media [distilled water, lactate (pH 4.0), and citrate 6.0) buffers] upon the hardness wear factor values three composites [Occlusin (O), P-30 (P), Fulfil (F)] were studied. Over one-year period, all materials stored in buffer was unchanged. In case P water buffer, a reduction observed. There no significant difference (P greater than 0.05) between factors specimens after one year or week storage. Specimens F had less 0.01) higher that those water. other not affected by buffers. A surface for some did result an increase rate. This indicates softening effect limited to thin layer. Although vitro, this would probably rate vivo wear, since softened material be lost, exposing fresh further attack. adversely prejudice material's long-term clinical durability impairing its resistance abrasion.
