摘要: Oncoprotein CIP2A a Cancerous Inhibitor of PP2A forms an “oncogenic nexus” by virtue its control on and MYC stabilization in cancer cells. The expression prognostic function different solid tumors including colorectal carcinoma, head & neck cancers, gastric lung cholangiocarcinoma, esophageal pancreatic brain breast bladder ovarian renal cell carcinomas, tongue cervical prostate oral carcinoma as well number hematological malignancies are just beginning to emerge. Herein, we reviewed the recent progress our understanding (1) how participates tumorigenic transformation cells (2) can prospect/view clinical relevance context therapy. review will try understand role (a) biomarker cancers evaluate value (b) therapeutic target (c) drug response developing chemo-resistance cancers.
