摘要: Citrus yellow vein clearing virus is a newly accepted member of the genus Mandarivirus in family Alphaflexiviridae. The triple gene block proteins (TGBp1, TGBp2 and TGBp3) encoded by plant viruses this function on facilitating movement. However, protein citrus (CYVCV) have never been explored. Here, we showed both yeast two-hybrid (Y2H) bimolecular fluorescence (BiFC) assays that coat (CP), TGBp1 CYVCV are self-interacting. Its CP also interacts with all three TGB proteins, interact each other but not TGBp3. Furthermore, viral colocalizes TGBp3 at plasmodesmata (PD) epidermal cells Nicotiana benthamiana leaves, can translocate from granular-like structures embedded within ER networks to PD. results suggest these could coexist PD N. benthamiana. Using Agrobacterium infiltration-mediated RNA silencing assays, show strong suppressor (RSS) triggered positive-sense green fluorescent (GFP) RNA. presented provide insights for further revealing mechanism movement suppression silencing.
