摘要: A new laser system is suggested and experimentally verified as a chaotic transmitter for secure optical communication system. The source kind distributed feedback with peak wavelength 1310nm maximum power 5mW. doubly external cavity 85cm of length constructed via air.Chaotic signal achieved successfully after the reach coherence collapse, very wide band spectrum (12GHz). This value capable to increase subjecting several parameters based on (OFB) such current operating level, beam focusing, polarization control, etc. In order test message hiding possibility, frequency modulated directly into laser, which connected using bias tee. For free running (solitary) semiconductor available direct modulation is: 3GHz/mA, while this can be increased by technique. gives possibility high values increasing data package volume that send securely in applications requires immunity.
