摘要: A cDNA clone complementary to the mRNA encoding rabbit erythrocyte specific carbonic anhydrase, CAI, has been used as probe for human CAI sequences in analysis of DNA from panels rodent/human somatic cell hybrids. The presence gene all hybrids correlates with chromosome 8. Together published mapping data, this assignment indicates that three CA loci are situated on Copyright © 1986, Wiley Blackwell.
