摘要: This paper presents a computationally efficient loss prediction procedure and thermal analysis of surface-mounted brushless AC permanent magnet (PM) machine considering the UDDS driving duty cycle by using lumped parameters’ model. The accurate its variation with load are essential for analysis. Employing finite element (FEA) to determine at every point would be intensive. Here, and/or experiment based winding copper iron power models employed calculate electromagnetic operation point, respectively. Then, parameter method is used analyse behaviour PM machine. Experiments have been carried out measure temperature distribution in motor prototype. calculation results compared discussed.
