摘要: Initiation of protein synthesis is the process whereby ribosome binds mRNA and first aminoacyl-tRNA to form an initiation complex which capable entering elongation phase synthesis. The pathway involves numerous steps: First, 80S dissociates into 40S 60S ribosomal subunits; subunit forms a preinitiation with methionyl-tRNA mRNA; this joined by complete formation complex. During these steps, two critical events occur: selects for translation specific from among species mRNAs; interacts initiator site on assure proper in correct phase. reactions are promoted or catalyzed array factors involve hydrolysis ATP GTP.
