摘要: Understanding uptake of nanomaterials by cells and their use for intracellular sensing is important studying interaction toxicology as well obtaining new biological insight. Here, we investigate cellular dynamics gold nanoparticles demonstrate in reporting chemical information from the endocytotic pathway cytoplasm. The serve probes surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) allowing biochemical characterisation local environment. In particular, this work compare SERS using non-functionalised functionalised ability to segregate different but closely related cell phenotypes. results indicate that are more efficient distinguishing between types cells. Our studies pave way understanding utilisation give rise a greater cell-based therapies.
