摘要: Three blue luminogens, Cz-3tPE, TPA-3TPP and Cz-3TPP, have been successfully synthesized, in which intramolecular conjugation has restricted effectively by decreasing the unsaturated bonds weakening electron donating ability of molecular building blocks, is much different from previous strategies. Due to introduction triphenylamine carbazole groups, these luminogens exhibited excellent hole-transporting abilities, with a maximum hole mobility up 10−3 cm2 V−1 s−1, was better than most commercial materials. Once fabricated as emitters OLEDs, result controlled conjugation, their EL emissions were blue-shifted pure (464 nm) deep (436 nm), then blue-violet (397 nm). Excitingly, Cz-3TPP best performance, external quantum efficiency 4.27% at 397 nm without layer, among highest reported performances for double-layer OLEDs emission.
