摘要: The first systematic study of small non-coding RNAs (sRNA, ncRNA) in Streptomyces is presented. Except for a few exceptions, the sRNAs, as well sRNAs other genera Actinomyces group, have remained unstudied. This was based on sequence conservation intergenic regions Streptomyces, localization transcription termination factors, and genomic arrangement genes flanking predicted sRNAs. Thirty-two potential were predicted. Of these, expression 20 detected by microarrays RT-PCR. prediction validated structure computational approach.
