摘要: The spreading on a water–air interface of thin liquid film is examined for the situation in which surface tension gradients drive motion. A similarity solution obtained numerically unidirectional when some general restrictions concerning form constitutive relation made. This gives size as function time and also velocity thickness distribution along film. Experiments are performed show good agreement with theory.
